Understanding your project

Now it's time to understand your home's desires and needs. We'll take the thoughts and ideas from this session and design a floorplan precisely like you would like to envision your new home from foundations to finishes with a bid set of plans.

Estimate and financing

At this phase, you'll receive a final price based on your design and finish selections. We provide all pricing and a specification sheet that includes all construction aspects for a transparent and accurate estimate. Contracts are signed, and the client can now secure financing with the lender of their choice.

It's time to build

After the deposit is received, we submit for construction permitting and break ground on your new project. Updates will be provided as needed. We are always available for any questions that may arise. As a custom builder, we expect some changes to develop through the building process.

Enjoy your new home complete with a guarantee

A home walk-thru with a punch-out list will be created and addressed. Once complete, there will be a final walk-thru and home keys handed over. Our guarantee starts on the day of closing and is good for one year. Then a 2-10 structural centricity warranty begins in the second year and lasts to year 10.
